||This wine is produced exclusively from McGregor grapes where the vineyards are nestled between the foothills of the Riviersonderend mountains and nurtured by sun soaked soils and fresh mountain water.

||Grapes were destemmed and Crushed. After a tartaric acid addition grapes were cooled down overnight before alcoholic fermentation was initiated. Automatic pump over of juice to extract maximum colour, flavor and soft tannins was done. Lightly wooded for plus/minus 1 month.
