Lovely fresh guava and fruit flavours from this green tinted, off-dry wine. The balance of fruit acid and sweetness brings out the flavours in harmony to create a refreshing easy drinking wine.

Description
VINTAGE:
2017
APPELLATION: McGregor (in the Robertson Valley of South Africa.)
VINEYARD DETAIL: Specific vineyards were selected and treated according to optimum viticulture practices. Planted on deep alluvial and yellow soft Karoo-soil, grafted on Richter 99 rootstock. Vines are trellised on an extended trellised system.

VINIFICATION: Grapes were destemmed, crushed and mashcooled before draining. Free-run juice was settled overnight at low temperature. Clear juice was inoculated with selected yeast for cold fermentation. After fermentation the wine was racked before preparing for bottling.

SERVED: Serve between 10 – 12°C. A favorable companion to a wide range of cuisine like seafood, poultry and pork. Also an ideal sundowner with friends.
