Blushing Bride Protea flowers are native to South Africa. The story has it that they are nicknamed “blushing brides” as the story goes that men who would be on their way to propose would wear one in their buttonhole, and everyone in town would know. With a combination of romantic folklore, South African pride and sheer gorgeousness, this wine has it all – from fresh cherries and candy floss on the nose, to a clean and fruity finish.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve between 12 – 15°C.  A favorable companion to a wide range of seafood like a pan seared salmon and fresh green salad; or crayfish; or scallops in butter saffron sauce.
