Carefully grown in its own terroir in the mcgregor mountain range, with a south facing slope, the grapes were handpicked and sorted at offloading, ensuring only healthy grapes are used for this spectacular wine. The grapes were harvested early in the morning, ensuring cool grapes and maximum flavours. The wine were aged in 500 L oak barrels for 5 Months. 40% French oak and 60% American oak.
The wine has prominent white pear on the nose, with a hint of gooseberry and mild oak. The wine is full bodied with a soft finnish, with a very complex mouth feel and after tase. Soft tannins, with a fruity finish on the pallet.
