||This wine is produced exclusively from McGregor grapes where the vineyards are nestled between the foothills of the Riviersonderend mountains and nurtured by sun soaked soils and fresh mountain water.

||The red Pinotage grapes were destemmed, crushed and mash-cooled before getting 3 – 5 hours skin contact before pressing. Free-run juice was settled overnight at low temperature. Clear juice was inoculated with selected yeast for cold fermentation. After fermentation the wine underwent 4 – 5 months ageing on the lees, after which it was racked before preparing for bottling.
