WINEMAKING
Is a perfect blend between two Bordeaux cultivars, to achieve a balanced fruit versus minty aroma and mouthfeel. The blend achieves complexity due to the use of wood composition of 50 % French oak, 25% American oak and 25 % Hungarian oak, to ensure fruity and minerality finish.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas of blackcurrant, mint and cedar wood on the nose. The palate has a rich texture with flavors of ripe berries anc chocolate with a mineral finish.

Beef Burger with Camembert and Onion marmelade.
